Personality: playful, young kitten, shy, but fun and courageous towards friends. Very loyal, and always very cheerful except when angry, she's very angry and a raging ball of fluff. She also becomes very attached to any friends she makes.
Other: a young kit, loners, parents joined clan, and brought their kit too. They went off on a patrol, and both dissapeared. The last cat who saw them said that they told her they were following a strange scent they found. Later, when sniffing the scene, a strange scent was indeed found, along with both their scents disappearing a mile from the scene. The scents faded off near a river, with many trees along the bank. Now she's declared an orphan, with a small amount of friends.

Dappledkit, stumbling in the confusion, mewed pitifully. Her once soft coat that had resembled a fluffly dappled cloud now was splashed with bits of dark blood. Her mind was shrouded in mist, and she only remembered what had happened what seemed like only minutes before. Her parents, going off to patrol with the rest of them, the same, familiar sweet-water-forest smell covering their pelts. Suddenly, confusion, her parents came drenched in blood, especially her mother's snow white fur. "Dappledkit, don't worry about us." That last frightning image, and her parents ran into the forest. She heard a cry, of pain, of fear, and darkness shrouded her eyes. She ran blindly, and saw one more image before her eyes closed in fear, pain, and weakness. She saw her mother, RainStream, about to be struck by an evil cat, with bright glowing amber eyes, and a pelt of darkness. The black cat's eyes were an image that became burned forever in the kit's mind. And where was her father in this mess? Her father came, a streak of red blood, and she simply- fainted. Finally, afterwards, she woke up, and walked for what seemed to be hours, days, she could not tell. The forest was be eternally dark. Finally, she stumbled upon a strange cat. It was then she collapsed. ((The strange cat is Lily. She isn't quite part of the clan yet.))

Eclipse sighed, and sniffed the air. She froze. Some weird scent filled the air. A mouse......a vole...two cats....blood....BLOOD?! She quickly caught the mouse and ran back to her hideaway inside a hollow tree. She gave the mouse to her sister, Free-bird. "Ok, now, Free-bird, be really quiet and eat your lunch, ok? Good girl."

"Ok, sissy." Free-bird mewed, as she gobbled down the mouse. She watched as her big sister rushed to a scent....of two cats.

Lily gasped and pulled the kit into tall grass and grabbed wet moss and began squeezing water on her fur.

"Mrowr." the small kit mewed weakly. She was shivering from the cold air whipping around her.

Eclipse raced faster and faster, like a whirlwind. Then she found the cats. A small kit, whimpering pitifully, and a cat older then her who somehow smelled a little like Lilys.

Lily looked at Eclipse "can I have cobwebs, marigold, horsetail, honey, and thyme?" She asked.

"Uh...Ok..." Eclipse said, a bit surprised. She raced off and got everything and plopped them in front of the cat.

Free-bird was now sleeping in the hollow tree, and small mews of discomfort echoed throught her head. She slept, even through the crys of pain she heard.

Dappledkit wailed with pain, her skin was bloody, and her fur drenched. She felt her nerves being poked and prodded by the tall grass, and she did not welcome the pain.

Lily began treating the wounds every once and again giving he kit water Lily purred softly as she gave the kit thyme.

<P>Eclipse watched the small kit with interest. She was so small, and fragile looking, that it reminded her of Free-bird.<BR>~~~~~~~~~<BR>Free-bird, at the moment, was still sleeping peacefully, but she felt something underneath her that felt uncomftorble.</P>

<P>Dappledkit quieted down and gently let her eyes close.</P>

Lily carefully left the grass and smoothly snaked into the forest, scenting a vole she dropped into a crouch. She glided forward then lept smoothly and quickly took the vole's life and soon after caught a mouse. She came back nudged the little kit awake,pushed the mouse toward her and then looked at Eclipse "I smell another cat near your den," she meowed. (It's Shadowpaw)

Shadowpaw followed the scent of a cat and prey "prey stealers!" He thought, he caught sight of the den and stalked toward it.

FreeBird blinked her eyes open. "Huh?" she mewed. "Who's that?" It was ShadowPaw, but innocent Free-Bird didn't know this. Quickly she hopped out of the tree trunk and quickly ran to the strange, new scent.

Shadowpaw hissed fur fluffed up baring his teeth.

Free-Bird saw her sister in trouble, and limped as fast as she could, pouncing onto ShadowPaw. "Stop!" she cried out in a sweet nectar-like voice. ((BTW< their den is not far from where EclipseMoon is. She saw ShadowPaw turned towards her sister and thought she was in trouble. There is no prey.))

Shadowpaw twisted and threw Free-Bird "who are you, what do you want?" He growled.

Free-Bird, hurt, but still standing, weakly got up, one of her front paws broken. "I am Free-Bird. My sister is EclipseMoon. I am 4 moons old, and I WON'T LET YOU HURT MY SISTER!!!!" she yowled, still unable to stand well from her injury. Still, she pounced on ShadowPaw, burying in her claws.

Shadowpaw gently pinned her down "I'm sorry I thought you had been causing trouble," he meowed.

"Typical clan cats." Free-Bird muttered. She struggled out from under ShadowPaw. "We've been living here our whole lives. Think you can kick us out now?" she hissed.
